AVEVA — Customer Success Manager (CSM) - MEA
Cairo | Hybrid | Full-time | 4+ years experience
AVEVA is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts across the Middle East & Africa, drive software adoption, build strategic relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
Lead customer onboarding, deployment, adoption, and expansion.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop customer success plans and identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Services, and internal teams.
Manage projects, priorities, budgets, and customer roadmaps.
Travel to customer sites and AVEVA offices (~25% annually).
Job Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience with project/program management.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
CRM, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce, and Workday experience.
Fluent Arabic & English.
Experience in manufacturing/services is preferred.
Oil & Gas, Mining, or Power industry experience is an advantage.
AVEVA software experience is a strong plus.
French is an additional advantage.
