Job Description:
🐄 **Customer Service Specialist - Remote - EGP 18,000/month**
**Alraie | الراعي** is hiring a **Customer Service Specialist** for a full-time remote role based in Egypt, supporting customers in Qatar.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle customer inquiries through **phone, WhatsApp, email and the Alraie app**
🔹 Assist customers with orders, products, availability and delivery information
🔹 Follow up on orders from confirmation through delivery
🔹 Coordinate with stores, operations teams and drivers to resolve issues
🔹 Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed
🔹 Maintain accurate customer records and case updates
🔹 Follow up on unresolved cases and keep customers informed
🔹 Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer experience
Job Requirements:
✔️ Previous customer service/support experience preferred
✔️ Excellent **Arabic communication skills** and ability to understand the **Qatari dialect**
✔️ Strong phone etiquette and written communication
✔️ Patient, empathetic and professional approach
✔️ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests remotely
✔️ Comfortable using **WhatsApp, computer applications and CRM/customer service systems**
✔️ Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
✔️ Basic English preferred
✔️ Experience in **e-commerce, delivery, animal feed or veterinary products** is a plus
