Brand & Marketing Communication Senior Mananger

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Determine and develop innovative marketing and communication strategies based on identified goals to increase client consideration and drive revenue growth
Develop and manage the marketing plans and budgets effectively across a range of products
Ensure business requirements given by the product teams are fulfilled and communicated across all marketing campaigns
Contribute in the selection of best performing business offerings with the product teams and take them into display creative and brand positioning you will develop
Work collaboratively with creative, production, digital and PR agencies to ensure campaigns meet the customer-eccentric needs of ADIB Egypt
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, understand customer needs in-depth and assess marketing activities performance
Monitor and review business performance supported by marketing activities, including measuring their ROIs
Minimum Qualifications:
6-9 years of marketing experience in banking sector
Good planning and organizational skills- managing priorities across a range of projects to ensure timely delivery
University degree
Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic languages
Attentive to details
Good analytical skills including Budgeting, performance analysis and product planning profitability
Generic Skills:
Good team player
Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing
Good presentation skills
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, digital media and internet usage
Basic or medium knowledge of graphic design computer programs is a plus
