Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Maintain and update Excel sheets for delegate allocation and conference records

Manage email communication with delegates, schools, and partners

Support registration processes, including tracking applications and payments

Assist in logistical planning for events (seating charts, schedules, resource lists, etc.)

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned


Job Requirements

Requirements:


Ability to use Excel Sheets and write emails

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Being reliable in the tasks handed to you
