Inventory Control Specialist - Al Ahly Medical Company
Job Description
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Analyze inventory levels and usage patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting trends and potential issues.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve accuracy.
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, and overages in a timely manner.
Support audits and compliance checks related to inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with inventory audit processes and documentation.
