The Bathco Group, a global leader in aluminum trading, services, and raw materials, is hiring a fully remote Accountant (100%) to join its expanding international finance team across EMEA. With headquarters in Zurich and operations across China, India, Europe, and Africa, Bathco offers a modern, innovative, and fast-paced environment for finance professionals who want to grow, lead, and make an impact.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations with the finance team including general ledger and AP/AR booking.

Enter bank payments, prepare receivables reports, and perform bank & intercompany reconciliations.

Support quarterly and annual financial statements and assist in group consolidation.

Handle Swiss VAT returns and coordinate foreign VAT filings with external providers.

Support the CFO in process improvements and finance digitalization.

Participate in finance projects based on your interests and expertise.

🎓 Qualifications

Initial hands-on experience in accounting.

Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a strong advantage.

Excellent English and strong German language skills.

Strong Excel & MS Office capabilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail and quality.

Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fully remote environment.
