🔍 Role Overview

As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll partner closely with commercial, operations, regulatory, finance, quality, and global planning teams. You’ll oversee end-to-end supply processes, ensure continuity of supply, lead planning cycles, and maintain high operational efficiency across Saudi Arabia.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement national supply chain strategies aligned with business and regulatory objectives.

Drive full E2E supply chain effectiveness, performance, and continual improvement.

Lead supply planning, forecasting, stock management, and monthly replenishment cycles on SAP.

Coordinate with TPMs, APO, and cross-functional teams to secure supply continuity.

Monitor demand, supply risks, backorders, and inventory health.

Lead monthly supply reviews and align with senior leadership.

Oversee importation plans, regulatory documents, tender supply, and artwork changes.

Optimize freight mode, warehousing, container utilization, safety stock levels, and cost efficiency.

Track key KPIs including OTIF, supply adherence, and capacity constraints.

Ensure compliance with Abbott policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.

10–12 years of supply chain experience, including 3+ years in management.

Strong expertise in supply planning and logistics.

Excellent English communication & leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.

Advanced Excel required; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
