💼 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Identify and qualify leads to match with company services

Follow up to ensure timely appointments

Record all interactions in the CRM system

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets

Occasional in-person meetings or trainings

💵 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 EGP/month + KPIs & bonuses

Flexible work-from-home arrangement

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (US Timezones)

🎓 Requirements

Fluent English with neutral accent (C1/C2)

1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting

Ability to work independently from home

Comfortable with CRM software, email, and digital communication tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility across time zones if required
