Sales/Relationship Management:
Being the first point of contact between the customer and ADILease and thus must present a friendly and helpful picture.
Efficiently direct the walk-in traffic to the appropriate service zone, handle necessary appointments for credit & marketing officers.
Involved with customer service and must help customers with any queries.
Quality & Services
Professional greeting of walk-in customers, directing them as appropriate.
Manage the counter queue by identifying customers’ needs and assisting them in completing required forms prior to approaching the counter.
To provide administrative assistance including liaising with colleagues, typing, filing, supporting any reporting requirements, and liaising with external agencies as necessary under guidance of ADILease MD and MD direct reports
Promptly & effectively handle fast services & inquiries.
Handel appointment for customers seeking new facilities with Credit & Marketing Team.
Promptly and efficiently handle customer quick inquiries / complaints.
To work collaboratively with ADILease teams; to work in a flexible and positive manner with colleagues.
And any other assigned tasks.
Handle received documents from customers.
Handling delivered documents to customers from Adilease parties.
Handling the attendance records and annual leaves with OPS
Minimum Qualifications:
University/College Degree.
Good command of the English language.
Minimum Experience:
0-2 years of experience preferably in the financial services industry.
Job specific Skills:
Good communication and relationship building skills.
Exemplifies Core Competencies: analysis, communication, customer focus, teamwork, functional proficiency and managing change.
