Looking for Budgeting & Reporting Senior Supervisor
Description:
To contribute to the development of customer care status toward its objectives by providing
periodical reports related to the operational areas performance to increase operational efficacy and
effectiveness
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Consolidate and retrieve relevant data from different sources to conduct Periodical reports that
influence the decision making process
Provide each operational area management with the area weekly/ monthly report.
Provide finance and commercial SPOCs with the required data relevant to customer care
performance weekly and monthly.
Maintain reporting data base through daily extractions to ensure the consistency of work flow.
Provide the Customer care divisions with the required data to support their operation process.
Generate and conduct Ad-hoc reports required by Customer Care different divisions.

Qualifications:
University Degree, preferably in economics, accounting or business administration.
Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS Office and access is required.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
