Travel Officer (Sales) and Admin Officer - Tour Company
Job Description
Job title: Sales and Admin Officer For a reputable and fast Growing Tour Company
In collaboration with the CEO and under his/her supervision, the Travel Officer (Sales) and Admin Officer will handle the following tasks:
Checking the mailbox for any new upcoming tour requests. (this includes requests by phone/whatsapp)
Finding the proper itinerary or tailor a new itinerary matching the guests request.
Finding the quote to send with the chosen itinerary.
Follow up with the guest until the tour is booked.
Collect the necessary data needed for operating the tour.
Handling the tour to the Operations team and adding it to the booked system.
Any other Admin task required by the CEO
GENERAL TERMS:
Work under Freedom and Responsibility Philosophy, based on targets previously agreed, with flexible working schedule and teleworking option. (Work from home is common in our team)
Ability to join tours for training and information update proposes when needed.
Monthly meetings to discuss the performance with the CEO , Travel Advisors and Operations and the rest of the Admin Team in the Physical office or online.

Job Requirements
SKILLS NEEDED:
Energetic personality and eager and able to learn fast.
Familiarity with the destinations the company offers tours in.
Fluent in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in German, Spanish, or French will be an additional advantage.
Good knowledge about the different attractions and destinations in Egypt the company operates in.
Very good computer skills (Internet, CRM, Google Drive, Word, Excel, etc)
Self motivated and have the ability to make recommended improvements.
Good public relations skills.
Having previous experience in the field is an additional advantage.
