📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo – Egypt

✨ Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding)
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with labor laws
Support managers in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
Lead training, development, and performance improvement programs
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

✨ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is a plus
