Showroom Sales Specialist – RAYA Auto – Egypt
RAYA Auto is seeking a highly motivated Showroom Sales Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to actively engage with customers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our branches. Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with walk-in and prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable golf cart models and configurations.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Promote value-added products and services through upselling and cross-selling based on customer profiles.
Manage the end-to-end sales process using the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, managing returns or exchanges, and coordinating warranty services in line with company policies.
Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, mobility, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and different branch locations as needed.
