YHLO is hiring a highly organized Administrative Coordinator (Office & Training Administrator) to support training operations and daily office activities.
This role ensures smooth workflow, professional communication, and efficient coordination with trainees, vendors, and internal teams.
📝 Key Responsibilities
📅 Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance & follow-ups
📊 Collect trainee feedback and prepare summary reports
🏢 Manage office supplies, purchasing & maintenance requests
📂 Support documentation, filing, and monthly reporting
📞 Communicate with trainees, vendors, and internal departments
🧩 Assist with daily office logistics and general administration tasks
🎓 Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Office Administration or Coordination
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong organization, multitasking & follow-up skills
Professional & positive attitude
Preferred:
✔ Lives near El Shorouk City or New Cairo
✔ Experience in training coordination or technical environments
