OPPO Egypt is seeking a talented HR Manager to oversee full-spectrum HR operations for its electronics manufacturing plant.

This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, and HR administration to support a high-performance manufacturing environment. 🚀

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations across production and support teams 🏭

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and electronics manufacturing standards ⚖️

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

• Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives 📚

• Maintain HRIS records, attendance systems, and payroll coordination

• Support audits, policy implementation, and organizational development

• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work culture on the shop floor 💡

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment ⚡

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
