Job Description:
• Own key parts of the monthly and quarterly close process
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Maintain general ledger and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Support external audits with accurate documentation
• Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and reporting
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years of accounting experience (including monthly close)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
• CPA or CPA-track is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
