Job Description:
• Process all cash transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
• Handle ATM operations (cash replenishment, reports, captured cards)
• Reconcile daily cash balances and investigate discrepancies
• Detect counterfeit currency and verify customer identity
• Cross-sell banking products when relevant
• Maintain service KPIs (waiting time, productivity)
• Follow banking regulations and internal compliance policies
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business, Accounting or equivalent)
