Job Description:
General Accounting
• Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and transaction verification
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and post payments
• Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers
• Conduct bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Cost Accounting
• Analyze costs of operations and services
• Support capital budget analysis and cost tracking
• Maintain cost-related financial records
Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process and pay vendor invoices on time
• Reconcile AP accounts and resolve vendor issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage customer payments and AR transactions
• Track overdue accounts and analyze bad debts
• Reconcile AR ledgers and generate reports
Billing
• Manage billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing
• Maintain automated billing systems
• Handle billing issues and customer inquiries
• Prepare periodic billing and financial reports
Other Duties
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits (internal & external)
• Analyze financial data for trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Provide reports and insights to management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ year experience (fresh grads can apply for junior level)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Good English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
Preferred
• Experience in logistics or courier industry
• Certifications like CPA or CMA (plus, not mandatory)
