Job Description:
• Design multi-turn conversational prompts based on user context
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, grounding, and personalization accuracy
• Perform side-by-side (SxS) comparisons and rank model outputs
• Identify errors like weak reasoning, incorrect assumptions, or forced personalization
• Write clear, structured feedback referencing conversation context
• Analyze model debug data and verify source usage
• Maintain strict data hygiene and confidentiality
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic (reading & writing)
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or content moderation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to assess nuanced and ambiguous responses
• Strong written communication and structured reporting skills
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in an analytical field
• Comfortable using Google tools and working independently
• Stable internet + reliable laptop/desktop
