Job Description:
• Lead and supervise a team of Persian-speaking support agents
• Oversee daily operations: live chat, ticket handling, and response quality
• Monitor interactions, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective measures
• Develop and maintain Persian-language support scripts and process guidelines
• Train new and existing agents on product knowledge, soft skills, and communication
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., QA) to align strategies and resolve cross-functional issues
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in Persian; strong English skills for cross-team communication
