Job Description:
• Design multi-turn prompts based on user context
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, and personalization
• Perform side-by-side (SxS) comparisons and ranking
• Identify errors like weak reasoning, incorrect assumptions, and poor grounding
• Write structured, clear rationales based on conversation context
• Analyze model debug data and verify data source usage
• Maintain strict data privacy and hygiene standards
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic (reading & writing)
• Experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or content moderation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate complex and ambiguous responses
• Strong written communication and structured feedback skills
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in an analytical field
• Comfortable using Google tools and working independently
• Reliable device + stable internet connection
• Full-time availability with PST overlap
