Job Description:
• Own renewal cycles and execute win-win negotiation strategies
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities during renewals
• Maintain renewal forecasts and highlight risks proactively
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Legal, and Product teams
• Analyze customer data to assess account health and renewal likelihood
• Ensure CRM accuracy, forecasting, and process compliance
• Achieve revenue, bookings, and billing targets
Job Requirements:
Basic
• Eligible to work in Egypt
• 1+ year in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
Preferred
• 3+ years in SaaS renewals or account management
• Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-driven roles
• Strategic thinking and ability to handle executive-level discussions
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills
