Job Description:
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and support relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams
• Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure successful delivery
Customer Success Strategy & Growth
• Align customer objectives with Microsoft solutions and services
• Contribute to Customer Success Plans (CSPs) and account strategies
• Identify growth opportunities and improve customer retention
Delivery & Program Management
• Support program planning and customer-facing reviews
• Prioritize engagements and ensure delivery against agreed outcomes
• Track product adoption, usage, and success metrics
Performance & Insights
• Monitor consumption milestones and identify adoption gaps
• Analyze retention risks and take proactive actions
• Connect business goals with measurable success outcomes
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Several years of experience in customer success, consulting, or solution delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in program/project management and customer-facing roles
Preferred
• Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or AWS
• ITIL or Project Management certifications (PMI, Prosci, etc.)
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
