Job Description:
Active Outreach
• Call and message users (WhatsApp) to onboard them to the app
• Guide users to download and activate their listings
Listing Management
• Create and manage listings via internal admin tools
• Ensure data accuracy and high-quality content (photos, details)
User Retention
• Follow up with users after onboarding (3–7 days)
• Ensure listings are active and receiving engagement
Growth Activities
• Engage with Facebook & Reddit communities
• Drive traffic and awareness for the platform
Job Requirements:
• Near-native English proficiency (spoken & written)
• At least 1 year experience calling US/UK customers
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
• High attention to detail when handling data
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Ability to commit and stick to scheduled working hours
