Join HSBC as a Fraud Officer and play a critical role in protecting customers and the bank from fraud and scam-related activities. You'll investigate fraud cases, support customers affected by identity theft, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer fraud and scam-related inquiries in a 24/7 contact center environment
✅ Investigate fraud cases and identify potential fraud risks and red flags
✅ Support victims of identity theft and recommend appropriate actions
✅ Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering excellent service
✅ Escalate complex fraud cases to the Fraud Manager when required
✅ Monitor fraud trends and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives
✅ Maintain compliance with HSBC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
✅ Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
✅ Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining high service standards
