Ecolab is hiring a **Supply Chain Manager** to lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations across the **North & West Africa (NWA) cluster**, covering manufacturing, planning, logistics, inventory, customer service, and S&OP.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Supply Chain operations across multiple countries
• Manage manufacturing, contract manufacturing, warehousing & transportation
• Lead the Supply Review and represent Supply Chain in **S&OP**
• Lead and develop a team of **30+ employees**
• Drive productivity, inventory optimization & cost efficiency
• Manage operational risks and business continuity
• Contribute to regional Supply Chain strategy and leadership decisions
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
✅ **15+ years** of progressive Supply Chain experience
✅ **5+ years** of people leadership experience
✅ Experience managing end-to-end Supply Chain across multiple countries/regions
✅ Strong **S&OP** experience
✅ Manufacturing and/or contract manufacturing experience
⭐ Master’s degree, APICS/CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma are a plus
🌍 **Regional Leadership Role:** Ideal for experienced Supply Chain leaders with exposure to **Africa, the Middle East, or emerging markets.**
