Suez Canal Bank is looking for a **Relationship Officer** to support customers, promote banking products, and contribute to branch sales and customer satisfaction.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Handle customer requests and inquiries professionally
• Promote and sell bank products to achieve annual targets
• Apply **cross-selling** techniques with existing customers
• Maintain updated customer profiles according to **KYC** requirements
• Encourage customers to use digital banking channels and ATMs
• Follow branch operating procedures and bank policies
• Handle custody items and keys according to established procedures
• Support the Relationship Manager and Branch Manager when required
• Contact existing customers and follow up on their needs.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Finance or Business Administration**
✔ **0–3 years of experience** in Customer Service or a related field
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Sales-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
