ABK Egypt is looking for a **Branch Sales & Services Head** to manage customer relationships, drive branch sales, supervise customer service operations, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets across all banking products
• Maximize cross-selling opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Maintain strong relationships with priority customers
• Deliver high-quality customer service and reduce complaints
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
• Supervise CSRs and monitor daily activities and transactions
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely transaction processing
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Handle **AML & KYC** activities related to account opening and updates
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Finance** or related field
✔ Minimum **5 years of branch banking experience**, typically as a CSR
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities
✔ Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
