📍 **Location:** Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
💼 **Position:** Head of Logistics Management
LEONI Egypt is looking for an experienced logistics leader to manage the Logistics Management function and drive operational excellence at country level.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Logistics Management function and manage performance against KPIs
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and improvement initiatives
• Establish standards, governance, and processes across logistics operations
• Manage logistics budgets and development activities
• Lead and develop logistics teams and organizational capabilities
• Oversee Logistics Governance, Planning, Network Purchasing, Packaging Management, and Customs & Export Control
• Drive operational improvement and logistics performance
Job Requirements:
🎓 University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
📌 **8–12 years of experience** in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Operations
👥 **3–5 years of leadership experience** managing teams/functions
📊 **3–5 years of project experience** in logistics or operational improvement
💡 Strong strategic leadership, communication, delegation, coaching, and problem-solving skills
