Job Description:
🚨 **We're Hiring | Personal Banker**

ADIB Egypt is looking for a **Personal Banker** to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and deliver high-quality banking services while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and KYC requirements.
### **Key Responsibilities**
🎯 Achieve assigned sales targets across the relevant product portfolio.
📈 Grow new customer relationships through branch walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated leads.
🤝 Build and deepen customer relationships through proactive sales and financial needs assessment.
📞 Execute outbound sales activities, customer visits, and cross-selling initiatives.
🔄 Follow up with Credit and Operations teams on pending cases and applications.
💡 Maintain strong knowledge of competitors' products and market offerings.
🏦 Handle customer requests and inquiries while ensuring excellent service.
📋 Support Express Banking and Advisory Zone operations, including authorizations, custody, and related reporting.
📲 Promote the use of digital and alternative banking channels.
📅 Maintain a continuous flow of customer appointments within the Advising Zone.
🛡️ Ensure compliance with **KYC requirements, bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards**.
📑 Support Compliance activities and provide required approvals and documentation.
Job Requirements:
