Mashreq is looking for an **Account Opening Officer** to join its banking operations team. If you're a detail-oriented graduate with strong communication skills and an interest in banking operations, this is a great opportunity to build your career with one of the leading financial institutions in the MENA region.
### **Key Responsibilities**
📌 Open and close **retail, corporate, staff, and loan accounts**.
📌 Process payroll accounts through bulk upload.
📌 Print and activate cheque books.
📌 Handle discrepancies and follow up with branches and direct sales teams.
📌 Update customer information and maintain accurate system records.
📌 Process stop payment requests and issue bank certificates.
📌 Scan and authorize customer and staff signatures.
📌 Maintain account opening documentation and trackers.
📌 Respond to branch inquiries and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.
📌 Ensure full compliance with **CBE regulations** and Mashreq's internal policies.
Job Requirements:
✔ University graduate.
✔ Excellent command of **English**.
✔ Good computer skills (**Microsoft Office & Internet**).
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
✔ Flexible, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
