### 🔎 About the Role
Attijariwafa bank Egypt is looking for a **Universal Banker** to join its branch network.
This is an integrated entry-level role combining **Teller Operations, Prestige Relationship Management, and Commercial Customer Advisory** into one position — giving fresh graduates broad exposure to branch operations, sales, customer service, and relationship management from day one.
### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for branch customers.
• Process cash, counter, and large-value transactions accurately.
• Handle account servicing, payments, cheque books, signatures, and digital banking requests.
• Encourage customers to use digital and self-service banking channels.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Achieve referral and sales targets, including a minimum of **one qualified referral per day**.
• Build relationships with Prestige, SME, and Commercial customers.
• Support KYC, documentation, and basic trade & liability inquiries.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints end-to-end.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, and operational requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the branch team and continuously develop banking knowledge.
Job Requirements:
• **Fresh university graduate — no prior banking experience required.**
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• Very good command of **English**, spoken and written.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-starter, adaptable, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
