Looking to start or grow your career in banking? **CIB** is hiring **Tellers** to join its Retail & Commercial Banking team. If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic banking environment, this opportunity is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
✅ Handle ATM operations, including cash replenishment, captured cards, and daily reconciliation.
✅ Verify cash, cheques, customer identities, and detect counterfeit currency.
✅ Balance daily cash transactions and maintain zero shortages or excesses.
✅ Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
✅ Introduce customers to digital banking channels to enhance their banking experience.
✅ Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs.
✅ Handle customer requests professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Ensure full compliance with CBE regulations, AML policies, and CIB internal procedures.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting**, or equivalent.
✔ **0–2 years** of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
✔ Good command of **English and Arabic**.
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
✔ Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet**.
