Are you an experienced banking professional with a strong background in **Cards Operations, Mobile Wallets, and Retail Banking Operations**? **ABK Egypt** is looking for a **Cards & Wallet Operations Team Leader** to manage card operations, drive system enhancements, and support the launch of new products and digital payment solutions.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage daily Credit & Debit Card Operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ Lead Cards & Mobile Wallet operational activities and workflow improvements.
✅ Coordinate with **Visa, Mastercard, CBE, and Ta7Weel** regarding mandates and new initiatives.
✅ Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new developments.
✅ Handle operational support for card campaigns, new products, and business initiatives.
✅ Monitor network operations, system availability, and take corrective actions when needed.
✅ Manage billing schedules, fees updates, and system configuration changes.
✅ Prepare operational manuals and user guides for internal teams.
✅ Ensure proper security controls over card stock, systems, and equipment.
✅ Lead projects related to cards, mobile wallets, and digital banking products from planning to implementation.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Economics,** or a related field.
✔ **5–7 years** of banking experience in **Cards Operations** or a similar function.
✔ Strong knowledge of **Retail Banking Operations, Credit Administration, and Card Operations**.
✔ Experience with large-scale card operations and technical support.
✔ Good understanding of **Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Wallets, and Digital Payment Operations**.
✔ Project Management knowledge is highly preferred.
