💼 **Position:** Store Supervisor
Are you experienced in **store operations, inventory management, and team supervision**? talabat is looking for a Store Supervisor to manage end-to-end store operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations, staffing, and shift scheduling
• Supervise ordering, replenishment, receiving, picking, and packing
• Maintain accurate inventory and prevent stock-outs/overstock
• Monitor productivity, costs, and operational performance
• Lead and develop store personnel
• Ensure hygiene, safety, security, and service standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities and third-party suppliers
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
• Ensure proper and safe use of material handling equipment
Job Requirements:
• **4+ years of experience** in supermarket or restaurant operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English and Arabic is highly advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
