### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• Consolidate and challenge budgets and forecasts across business units, subsidiaries, and JVs
• Lead financial evaluation of investments, CAPEX, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities
• Review business cases, feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and financial models
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives
• Lead variance analysis, trend analysis, and risk identification
• Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
• Analyze profitability, margins, cash generation, working capital, and ROIC
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Board presentations
• Support senior management in strategic financial decision-making
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across FP&A processes
Job Requirements:
• Strong experience in **FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management**
• Strong financial modeling and investment analysis capabilities
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial controls, KPIs, and business performance
• Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
