Emirates NBD Egypt is hiring a **Teller** to handle branch cash and non-cash transactions while providing high-quality operational services to customers in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
### **Key Responsibilities**
💵 Perform **cash & non-cash transactions** accurately and efficiently.
🤝 Serve customers and provide operational services while maintaining high service standards.
📋 Ensure compliance with branch policies, regulatory requirements, and **CBE regulations**.
👋 Welcome customers, receive and validate their instructions, obtain required approvals, and coordinate execution with relevant departments.
📞 Handle customer inquiries and complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
📈 Support **cross-selling of bank products** based on customer needs.
🔄 Follow up on customer instructions with concerned departments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
🔐 Maintain proper safekeeping of bank valuables.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree.
