Emirates NBD Egypt is looking for a **Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional Banking** to manage corporate client relationships, grow portfolio profitability, and drive lending, deposits, and other banking business.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive portfolio profitability and business growth
• Increase **Loans, Deposits & Off-Balance Sheet** volumes
• Prepare and review credit proposals in line with policies and client needs
• Ensure compliance with **CBE credit procedures and regulations**
• Support KPI setting and team development
• Ensure timely submission of portfolio renewals
• Review proposals before submission to SRM / Head of Desk
• Lead market research across assigned sectors and sub-sectors
• Identify emerging risks and deviations from approved facilities
• Monitor operational workflows with the team
• Meet regularly with corporate clients and understand their needs
• Develop tailored banking solutions
• Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships
Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum **4 years of Corporate Banking experience**
✔ Strong Corporate Credit experience, particularly with large corporate clients
✔ Experience managing team members
✔ Strong understanding of **Macroeconomics**
✔ Strong marketing, negotiation & presentation skills
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Strong budgeting and organizational abilities
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics**
✔ **Credit Course certification**
