Visa is looking for an **Implementation Consultant** to manage complex implementation projects for banks, fintechs, and payment service providers.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation projects for Visa clients and processors
• Analyze client requirements and develop implementation solutions
• Coordinate Visa technical and business resources
• Manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Prepare project plans, status reports and issue logs
• Monitor project deliverables and report progress to management
• Work closely with banks, fintechs, processors and internal stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and enhance project delivery
• Resolve complex operational and implementation issues
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed objectives
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, IT** or equivalent experience
✔ **8+ years** of IT systems experience
✔ Strong understanding of **Project Management, Technology & Applications**
✔ Experience in a business analyst role within software or financial services is preferred
✔ Strong stakeholder and client management skills
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Fluent **English**, written and spoken
✔ Comfortable working with international stakeholders across **US, India & Singapore**
