WOROOD is looking for a **Customer Experience Associate** to handle customer interactions across email, social media, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems while ensuring fast, professional, and high-quality support.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through email, social media, WhatsApp & ticketing systems
• Manage and resolve customer tickets within SLA
• Monitor 3PL shipments and follow up on delivery issues
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Monitor pending tickets and ensure timely closure
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to management
Job Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service
✔ Call Center experience is preferred
✔ Excellent written **Arabic & English**
✔ Good verbal communication skills
✔ Experience handling Social Media & WhatsApp interactions
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs
✔ Customer-focused mindset and basic problem-solving skills
✔ Familiarity with **Zendesk, Gorgias or similar CRM systems** is a plus
