MetLife Egypt is looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to support the Employee Benefits business by turning data into actionable insights and helping improve reporting, analytics and business performance.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities and challenges
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Develop and maintain **reports, dashboards and KPIs**
• Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation and validation
• Improve reporting processes through automation and simplification
• Use AI-powered tools to analyze data and generate insights
• Develop data visualizations using **Power BI** and other BI tools
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics** or related field
✔ Minimum **2 years of experience** in analytics or reporting
✔ Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
✔ Experience working with large datasets
✔ Experience with databases, dashboards and reporting tools
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Familiarity with **AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT**
⭐ **Preferred:**
• Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense
• SQL & DAX
• Python or R
• Machine Learning concepts
• Insurance industry experience
