💼 **Position:** Senior Personal Banker
ADIB Egypt is looking for a **Senior Personal Banker** to drive customer acquisition, relationship growth, sales performance, and customer service within the branch.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales volume and revenue targets
• Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
• Convert branch walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads and self-generated leads
• Assess customers' financial needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve assigned product and sales targets
• Support the Branch Manager in performance reviews and weekly **KPI/MIS** reporting
• Follow up with Credit & Operations on pending cases
• Drive outbound calls, sales visits and cross-selling activities
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
• Promote digital and alternative banking channels
• Ensure continuous customer appointments within the Advising Zone
• Support branch operations and maintain service excellence
