Breadfast is looking for a **Food Logistics Team Lead** to oversee last-mile delivery operations and ensure strong rider performance, operational efficiency, and SLA compliance.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rider attendance, performance & issue resolution
• Monitor order lifecycle metrics and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide live operational support and resolve real-time delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with fleet hygiene, branding & equipment SOPs
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers
• Support vendor onboarding and performance monitoring
• Maintain operational dashboards and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate new vendor onboarding with Account Management
• Work with Zone Leads on demand planning and capacity management
Job Requirements:
✔ 4–6 years of experience in **Logistics or Field Operations**
✔ Strong leadership & coordination skills
✔ Experience in live operations and performance tracking
✔ Knowledge of logistics KPIs & SLA metrics
✔ Familiarity with zone-based operations
✔ Team management & on-ground coordination
✔ Bachelor's Degree
