Scatec is looking for a **Procurement & Logistics Coordinator** to support procurement and logistics activities across renewable energy projects, from supplier engagement and project execution to logistics and operational support.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate procurement & logistics activities for project requirements
• Prepare logistics documentation, delivery plans, shipping registers and project schedules
• Support supplier sourcing, **RFPs, bid evaluations and contract administration**
• Manage customs documentation and delivery tracking
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and project teams
• Monitor logistics execution and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Review invoices, delivery documents and purchase orders
• Support procurement compliance, supplier agreements and warranty administration
• Maintain accurate project records, reports and lessons learned
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration** or related field
• Minimum **3 years of experience** in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Coordination or a similar role
• Experience with procurement systems and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of logistics planning, contract administration and supplier coordination
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Fluent **English**, written and spoken
• Proactive, structured and solutions-oriented mindset
