Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. is looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Support Manager** to lead its Egypt Supply Chain Captive Center and manage the team supporting Corporate Supply Chain operations in KSA.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Egypt Supply Chain Captive Center and drive team performance
• Allocate workloads, priorities and monitor productivity & SLA performance
• Oversee support activities across **Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Suppliers, Logistics, Planning, Inventory, Master Data & Reporting**
• Monitor backlog, aging, service levels, transaction accuracy and operational risks
• Establish workflows, SLAs and escalation mechanisms with Corporate Supply Chain in KSA
• Ensure compliance with Supply Chain policies, SOPs and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation
• Coach and develop the team while ensuring cross-training and business continuity
• Act as the main operational escalation point between Egypt and KSA
• Drive continuous improvement and improve stakeholder satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or related field**
• **10–12 years** of relevant Supply Chain experience
• **3–5 years** in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in **Supply Chain Operations, Shared Services or Captive Centers**
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Inventory, Master Data and ERP processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of **SLA, KPI, productivity and operational performance management**
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and drive process improvements
• Authorized to work in Egypt
