🔹 About the Role:
Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Senior Procurement Buyer to lead indirect procurement activities across logistics, warehousing, fleet, facilities, and related service categories. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization while ensuring business continuity and procurement excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead RFQs, RFPs, and tendering activities for assigned categories
✅ Develop sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO)
✅ Conduct supplier benchmarking and market analysis
✅ Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
✅ Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
✅ Build and manage strategic supplier relationships
✅ Monitor supplier KPIs and drive performance improvements
✅ Lead commercial negotiations and contract management activities
✅ Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams
✅ Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and ensure compliance with procurement policies
Job Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years of Procurement experience
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
✔ Experience managing high-value procurement projects
✔ Experience in Logistics, Fleet, Warehouse, Industrial Procurement, or FMCG is highly preferred
✔ Experience handling both CAPEX and OPEX procurement
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or SAP Ariba
✔ Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
