🔹 About the Role:
Elsewedy Electric is looking for an experienced **Finance Operations Excellence Manager** to lead finance governance, internal controls, compliance, process excellence, and finance transformation initiatives across the Engineering & Construction Sector. This role focuses on enhancing financial efficiency, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving finance digitization across multiple business units.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead finance governance and internal control frameworks across the sector
✅ Develop and maintain finance policies, procedures, and authority matrices
✅ Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations
✅ Coordinate internal and external finance audits and drive corrective actions
✅ Lead finance process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
✅ Drive finance transformation, automation, and ERP optimization projects
✅ Partner with Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation teams on system enhancements
✅ Prepare governance, compliance, and executive financial reports
✅ Promote best practices and continuous improvement across finance operations
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 10–12 years of experience in Finance, Financial Controls, Governance, Internal Audit, or Finance Transformation
✔ Experience within EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Project-Based organizations is highly preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and process excellence
✔ Experience with ERP systems and finance digitization initiatives
✔ MBA is a plus

• CPA
• CMA
• ACCA
• CIA
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
