**Banque Misr** is hiring **Customer Service & Teller** candidates for its branches in Egypt as part of its **2026 recruitment**.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Serve customers and complete account transactions.
• Execute cash, cheque, account balance, and fund transfer transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Banque Misr policies, procedures, and **KYC standards**.
• Identify and refer potential sales opportunities.
• Balance the cash drawer with the settlement sheet.
• Investigate and recover any cash shortages or overages.
Job Requirements:
• **0–3 years** of experience in banking branch services.
• University degree.
• **Graduation year: 2024–2026.**
• Minimum graduation grade: **Good**.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent PC skills, especially **MS Office**.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must **not have been previously tested by Banque Misr**.
• Must have **no relatives up to the 3rd degree** working at Banque Misr.
