Mandarin Cruise Line is hiring a **Purchasing Manager** to support the operations of its Nile cruise vessels in Egypt.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for cruise operations.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive pricing.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Hospitality, and Finance teams.
• Optimize procurement budgets and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Develop purchasing procedures and support continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in Production is preferred.
• Strong supplier sourcing and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in inventory control, demand forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, Excel, and databases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Experience in hospitality, cruise lines, maritime operations, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• **Fluency in English is required.**
