Job Description:
• Handle inbound customer calls for UAE account
• Resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain professional communication in English
• Follow service standards and call handling procedures

• Bachelor’s degree (any major)
• English level B1+ (Very Good to Excellent)
